I've built and released RemoteMaster v1.06

Changes for v1.06
- Added digit maps 171 and 172
- Fix bug converting S3C80-F7 protocol code into S3C80-E5 protocol code,
- Added DirecTV protocol
- Added Sharp Combo (Official) protocol
