Devices4 spreadsheet encrypted?

I tried to open devices4 in quattro pro and it reports that the file is encrypted, also happens with the spreadsheet in openoffice. Not sure what the problem is but those programs should be able to open an excel spreadsheet.

I'm not sure about devices4, but many of the JP1 spreadsheets (especially KM) are NOT compatible with any other spreadsheet apps. This is because of the use of advanced functions and/or features not supported by those other apps.
