VT-9000HD ATSC RCU.xlsx is provided from the manufacturer. VT-7000HD ATSC remote file is not compatible with VT-9000HD ATSC.

Most odd. I obviously built the VT-7000 but now I cannot find VisionTV as a manufacturer in the Logitech Harmony database. So at this stage I cannot help.

Okay, I tried to download and open the xlsx file, but I could only preview it in the browser. It looks like it is just the picture? I couldn't get it to download to see if there was anything more to it than just the picture.

Any other hex or anything like that.

At the bottom of picture 2 it says

C/C : 00BF

That appears to be the device/subdevice or static part of the signal.
Then the function codes seems to be the value displayed on the button ...

The old remote used an RC-5 protocol. The hex I'm seeing on the picture would be too much data to be RC-5.

The most common protocol is the nec1
So I'm thinking this might be a Nec1 device 0.191 signal

The HEX on the picture is NOT the HEX that goes in the RDMU
The Hex on the picture needs to be converted to decimal and then entered into the OBC column.

OBC
000 : 00 :: up
001 : 01 : down
002 : 02 : right
003 : 03 : left
031 : 1F : ok ......
016 : 10 : 0
017 : 11 : 1
018 : 12 : 2
019 : 13 : 3
020 : 14 : 4
021 : 15 : 5
022 : 16 : 6
023 : 17 : 7
024 : 18 : 8
025 : 19 : 9
014 : 0E : skip -
030 : 1E : skip +
112 : 70 : rew
113 : 71 : pause play
114 : 72 : fast forward
115 : 73 : record
116 : 74 : stop
117 : 75 : goto

009 : 09 : unmute ?
012 : 0C : mute

other labeled buttons
030 : 1A :
005 : 05 :
027 : 1B :
013 : 0D :
015 : 0F :

Hope that helps.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
