BTW, there is NO power command, this player has a hard switch, not a soft. The only way to power it up is with the switch on the front of the unit. Yes, John, that's exactly what I'm saying. There are 2 or three efc's that will reset the switches in this thing. OFA says VCR_0059 will *maybe* get you one command, *possibly "power". A random efc search will no doubt hit one of those reset commands, and the player DOES NOT ask you to cofirm ...

You may be wasting time with this. As noted, the remote learned from is the RU-V103, which is the remote for the LD-V2200(will also work 2000,and 4000). The remote for the LD-V6000, 6010,and 8000 is the RU-V113.
I'm assuming you don't have an oem remote? There are one or two other pioneer remotes ...

Create a new folder: Put 1.3.1 AND cisco in it. Create another folder (JP-1?) With 1.4.1, IR, KM and RM in it. Hopefully windows will look within the same folder first before searching outside the folder for a Java program to work for ...

I've made a lot of "personal"upgrades. What I did was started with 2000, and increased each one by "1" sequentially as I made them. Last look indicates that the next one will be 2017. Since 2047 is "max", I can make quite a few more. I don't *think* ueic is in the 2000 range yet.
