By the way, is it the one mentioned in this press release?

I can't seem to find a picture with Google, but it looks like that company's (Ch1) website no longer exists.

That would be pretty much perfect. I'd love to see a picture of it.

Is there a JP1 remote with a built-in keyboard?

This may be a weird request, but I'm trying to build an HTPC, and it would be nice to have a JP1 remote that has a small keyboard built in for small text commands and the like. Besides reprogramming my URC-6131 for small things such as page up/page down, is there something with a small keyboard like ...

Actually, I may have spoken too soon. I poked around to see if I could find any codes for the PVR-942 and found the post at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6608&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=15

In case anyone else is looking for them in the future, here's what's working for me ...

URC-6131

Rob, just sent you a Paypal for $27 for a URC-6131. I lost my other one, and the N version doesn't seem right at all.

Thanks!

Discrete off for Samsung T-151 HDTV receiver?

I found a discrete off code for the Samsung T-161 (001), but it didn't seem to work on the T-151. Does anyone have a discrete code to turn the T-151 off (or does a beast not exist?)

Thanks!

Nope. There are two angle codes for 0522, and neither appear to work. Of course, it may be a quirk with the Xbox DVD. I don't remember where I put the original remote, so I can't learn exactly what is sent.

Mark, thanks for your help. I can live without that key, but it's frustrating when it should ...

Doh! Yeah, the calculator....that's who to blame! ;)

But even with 00 79, it changes when I hit OK. Why?

Well no wonder! The codes I'm typing in aren't "sticking". I type in $00 $7B and it comes up as $46 $37. Why is that? What am I doing wrong?

Dang, that didn't work as that's apparently the code for number 7.

I'll try again.

No, that didn't work, but I want to try something else. I'm going to try the Angle code. If I understand you correctly, I should take the EFC code 377 and subtract it from 256 (121). Then, I take 121 and open the Windows Calculator. Type 123 into the calcuator (making sure that it's on scientific ...

Just tried it and it didn't seem to work. One question, Mark. How do you get D1? When I enter 209 (or 465) in the calculator, I get 78 as a hex number

It doesn't seem to be. Let me try your method.

I know that the 6131 is a bit different from the 15-1994, so that's why I'm confused! :)
