Re: To open URC8308

1. Unscew the battery cover.
2. You need to remove with force and courage the black plastic on the bottom where URC 8308 and CE are printed.
3. Remove 2 screws located at the far sides of right and left ...

Signature mismatch warning - Ver 1.04/1.03

Hello,

I see the signature mismatch warning when I upload same IR file twice, AFTER activating my URC-9960B01(with 4K EEPROM). But the warning does not appear when I upload the same IR file BEFORE activating. All codes(mostly DSM and LKP) are running as expected. I have the same warning for Ver 1 ...

Re: Use a SlingPlayer skin to create custom keys on SlingRem

Hello Kiwin,

This skin adds Buttons on the SlingPlayer Remote that map to the Custom entries that JP1 creates when the “circle” buttons are used. Without this skin, the “custom” functions only appeared in the remote menu under “Custom”.

Thanks for your skin.
I have managed to apply it to my ...

Me too

Hello Binky,
I fixed my problem by doing Tools->Add-Ins->Analysis Toolpak and loading in the Toolpak for functions such as HEX2DEC(). Now, I don't see the #NAME? in the cells anymore on startup or when loading this PB file.

I did the same and have same result as you with Korean Excel and Korean ...

Excel version

Hello Binky.

I believe the issue is that the Assembly Tabsheet doesn't have any S3C8 assembly code to include but I'm not really sure. .
Is this normal?
Is the generation of S3C8 assembly code automatic?

I also am seeing #NAME? sprinkled in various cells with this PB file.
You have same result ...

Upgrade codes

Hello Robman,
The Robman wrote:It opens fine for me using PB 4.0, but I did notice that the line breaks were corrupted in the file, so I fixed that.
Do you mean you have proper upgrade codes displayed in the upper right corner of PB?
If yes, could you send me the upgrade code?

Where can I download Protocol Builder 3.x?

Hello,

Could someone tell me where to download PB3.x?
I need this to test with my Korean version of MS Excel 2003 which behaves not as expected, such as failure to save protocol files and failure to display upgrade codes on PB4.0.
