Yep - I just found out that *all* the keys are programmable, not just the select 4 buttons that the manual said.

SO... I'm happy to say that the 9910 is the PERFECT low-cost remote for acting as a second Coolsat controller - and with the RF unit, even works through walls!

I am in the process of programming a URC-9910 for Coolsat...

...and so far, have the 4 "learning" buttons on the remote successfully programmed for "guide", "up", "down" and "select (OK)", which is enough for the wife to use the remote for now.
