Maybe I'll try a new chip or just send it in. I can guarantee that the soldering is fine and the chip is in place correctly, I think that perhaps the chip is bad, or I fried something. I added the 6 pin connector, jumper, and eeprom to a URC 6012, and the soldering looks just fine to me. (I'm an EET major in college)
