open note to tommy tyler,
i was just ordering parts for the usb interface--my first.
mouser has raised the price of the idc connector to .83 from .67-- makes the total 4.07 + shipping.
also wondered if we could save .03 by using the same vishay resistor for r1,r2,r3 in 1% 10k?

i have a question.
keymap-master-v8.25 says that for the urc-881x, device dvd that the "fav" button is NOT available.
yet the 8L User's Guide says for "fav": "In TV, VCR, DVD, SAT and CBL modes, use FAV to scan favorite channels and/or all channels."
i don't know how to verify the restriction in ...
