i really dont know the answer, because when i switch to my other input(comcast cable box) the ir is working fine, i can control my comcast box, but if i switch to alanta dth ip8950mt box, i dont get any response at all

@rob after alanrichey gave the instruction on how to install bin files i was able to see light blink while at test at sling configuration of input, but after he said that he does not have any more idea, i tried it again and again hoping it will work i noticed that there were no light on ir ...
