Is it possible to make menu and 2 button in one key?
The special one key's ir code start menu's ir code then 2's ir code (the time between menu and 2 is very short).

My device have some problems( cannot receive satellite signal), I will try to solve it this week when I near the device.

Yes, your right, press the menu (still press), then press 2.
but I don't know how to do that.

I cannot press the menu without unpress to do the next function. In other words, I cannot press two button at the same time
This virutal remote panel looks cannot do that, like the real remote.

I am not near this machine, therefore, i cannot use the real remote to do the function (press menu then press 2).

I bought this slingbox in Taiwan.

It could be uploaded by the file of C2000_RV.bin. and I press the any button in the remote panel. it has responded, but does not work.

it show the message like "remote code are not match, please press menu button ...

And the brand name is not listed in the models list within the sling box setup assistant .

If you are using sling box pro hd or above, I think hvtr-btl is supported by sling box. You just need to select japan as the region for slingbox and search for its remote.
