Woohoo! I think I got it! :twisted:

I didn't realize that the function entries in RM were just convenience entries and not tied to the remotes' innards (I freaked when I couldn't locate the INFO function)

I have created and uploaded an unassigned code file to the RM upgrade directory and loaded ...

Yes. You could do that using the MACRO functions of the remote through its internal setup or via IR.exe/JP1.

I use the IR/JP1 method since I am a noob and don't want to have to worry about keypress time limits and miskeying during programing. To start with I would use shifted keys for what you ...
