Sony Video CD (26.49)

Nonexistent in the U.S., Video CD is very popular in Asia. I think it’s a good thing it didn’t catch on here, the PQ is horrible. I don’t want to try to watch video slightly better than RealPlayer quality on a TV. (OK, maybe I’m exaggerating a little, it’s more like VHS with artifacts.) These I just got off a list and I can’t confirm anything in any way.
