Instructions for Sending in Your Products
These instructions are for U.S. customers only.
- Send the product, (without the batteries or manual),
- Send a note describing what you need. Please include:
- Be as detailed a you can so we can
determine the best course of action.
- In the note, if the product is a remote control; include the brand names, and model numbers of each of your devices (TV, VCR, etc.).
- Your name and mailing address
- Your "Tag Number" IF you were given one by our representative. If you have not contacted us to receive a "Tag Number", please do so by phone or e-mail. You will experience delays with processing your request without receiving a "Tag Number" from our Service Center.
- Both your daytime and evening telephone numbers in case our Upgrade Dept.
needs to contact you.
- There will be no extra charge for upgrading (adding codes) to an "upgradable" remote control.
- We recommend you send the product in a box or padded
envelope by U.P.S. or Insured Mail.
- Send "Attn: UPGRADE DEPARTMENT"
