Hi, I just completed cable construction, fired up ir.exe, connected my Dreambox remote UEI 39930B and made a download. Got this message:
There is a conflict at fixed data address $0200. Do you want to replace the existing data with the fixed data?
I chose 'no' just to be safe, can always change that later. But what is going on here? I have looked at beginners guides but am afraid I must have overlooked the 'how to get started with ir.exe.', or perhaps 'ir.exe for beginners'. I don't know what I see, don't know what I should expect to see. In short, I am blank and don't know where to begin. A beginners question couldn't be more stupid that that, could it?
I can see some General Data, and the hex display of 'Raw data'. |

You are probably using an outdated RDF file. I just downloaded this and it didn't have a [FixedData] section. This section was removed as the data in this area varied for many users. |

What should I do without you?
Thanks! |
