Unknown protocol for LifestyleFirst fan

If you have learned signals that don't get decoded when you look at them in IR.exe, post your file to the Diagnosis Area then post your question here (including a link to the file).

Unknown protocol for LifestyleFirst fan

Post by shadsnz »

I have learned the commands from an existing remote for a LifestyleFirst fan. The IR file is available here http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=5287

No protocol information is shown in IR so I suspect its an unknown protocol. I'm not sure how to go about building a new protocol for this (if in fact that's what is needed). I'll try researching posts on how to do this but would appreciate any help with the learned signals.

There are five commands

Off
On/Speed
Timer
Breeze
Louvre

Thanks
