Need some help with ir.exe

I haven't used ir.exe in a few months. it was working fine back then with my RS 15-2116 remote and homemade parallel port JP1 cable. But now that I need to reprogram the remote, it's not working. I get the following message:

Parallel/Serial Error:
Problem with NT port driver:
StartDriver: Unable to start service.
This driver has been blocked from loading. Please make sure you have Admin rights.

What's my problem?

Which version of IR.exe are you using?
What operating system do you have?

ir.exe version 6.20
win xp pro 64 bit

Give version 7.00 a try...

And can you confirm that you have admin rights on this PC.
