Slingbox with external tv tuner

I want to use a NTSC slingbox in a India (its a Pal-B Compatible area).
I would like to use an external tv tuner device for that as A/V.
I have not bought it yet. HAs anyone used TV tuner card that works with SLingbox IR Blaster. Then i would buy the same tuner here in India.
CAn u provide the files for same.
