JP1 Remotes

I am looking for an upgrade file for the following:

1. Device: Onkyo DS-A2
2. Type of device: Ipod Dock for Onkyo HT Receivers
3. Year: 2006
4. JP1/UEI Remote model: Atlas DVR
5. Do you have a JP1 cable? Yes
6. Still have original remote? Yes
7. Checked the file section? Yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question? JP1 remote is not learning.

Additional info: I have an MX500 with IRCLONE. I am going to try and learn the DS-A2 remote to the MX500 and back out the codes with CCF2MX. Will this method work?

I was able to create my own KM file for the Onkyo IPOD dock. I posted it on the files section (I didn't clean it up though).

I used TV Remote Controller on my IPAQ to create a CCF file. Then used DecodeCCF, then imported into the KM file.
