urc-6131 - Double blinking after about 30 seconds of use?

After programming, remote works great. Everything seems to work. Around 30 seconds later, the remote stops responding and double blinks. Basically I turn on all my devices, do a few up and down on menus and arrows, then it stop responding and double blinking. Any ideas? Swapped out batteries twice so not batteries.

That sure sounds like the low battery warning, have you actually tested the batteries with a battery tester? You could be swapping out bad batteries with more bad batteries.

If the batteries are good, check the contacts to make sure the batteries aren't loose. That could cause the remote to momentarily lose power and reset itself (though that should cause the LED to flash 2 sets of double blinks).
