5. Do you have a JP1 cable: Yes
6. Still have original remote: No
7. Checked the file section: Yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C): Yes - no success
9. Partially working setup code: Yes: 0037
10. Learning remote question: No

I require full LOEWE FB300 or FB100 remote functionality to access Service Menu Functions, but 2 x LOEWE files in JP1 Files Section only provide partial functionality. Appreciate any assistance please. Thanks in anticipation, Peter.

All three Loewes upgrade files use the RC-5 protocol, so it would be quite easy for you to try any un-used OBCs to see if one of them gives you access to the service menu.

As you're looking for service menu codes, I assume you know what you're doing when you get there, and therefore I assume that you know the risks of trying un-documented OBCs.

Also, as your TV uses RC-5, which is a Philips protocol, it's possible that some of the Philips service menu codes may apply...
