Does anyone sell the IRA-3 anymore?

I'm looking for an ir receiver to control my computer with a universal remote. I found one called IRA-3 for $20 on a site called homelectronics (home-electro), but it seems to be an abandoned website as all the software they offer is very old and their paypal links are outdated. I know there are newer things like usb-uirt, but that costs twice as much. Plus the OEM version of IRA-3 comes with a 2x5 connector for internal serial port connections. Are these sold anymore?
