JP1 Remotes

Hi all,

I'm trying to find code for this amp.


1. Device: Yamaha AX-396
2. Type of device: amplifier
3. Year: 2005
4. JP1 Remote model: Dreambox v3
5. JP1 user? usb JP1 cable
6. Still have original remote? yes
7. Checked the file section? yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? yes
9. Partially working setup code? no
10. Learning remote question? n/a

So I'm using dreambox 7000 remote and I have tried lot of codes without success.

There's a couple of Yamaha AX files that use the NEC1 protocol with Device=122. Have you tried editing any of these for use in your Dreambox?

I have tried ax 620 file from download database, but that returns me to another problem that I have.

Remote will not accept saved information.

I have created thread about that.
