6. Still have original remote? No
7. Checked the file section? Yes, tried the magnavox upgrades in the TV combos section.
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? Yes
9. Partially working setup code? No
10. Learning remote question? N/A

Purchased the unit used without a remote. Tried all of the magnavox codes and code search on my 8810w remote. Found a post where eaglelil
said they were going to post an upgrade for a 17MD255V but couldn't find the file. I sent him an email but thought I'd try this in parallel.
