Sometimes more than a yes/no answer is called for.

Did you try the upgrade at Acer LCD?

Did it work, even partially?

If not, do you know enough about loading an upgrade that you can be confident you tested it correctly?

I've tried the upgrade file and it partially work. I'll play a bit with it to see if I can make it work

Didn't mean to bother you

If you provide details about what works and what doesn't, someone might be able to provide more help. But this is a pretty obscure device, and partially working often means that your model has a different set of advanced commands from the posted model. I don't see any other sources for information about that code set, so it might take experimentation to find any missing commands, and that might not be safe.

I wasn't bothered; It is just harder to help when those questions are answered with bare yes/no and I need to guess between "didn't see the relevant file" (as occurred this time) vs. "chose not to test it for some reason" vs. "tested and it didn't work", etc.
