There's a Grundig TV/DVD combo which uses the same commands
It seems to have a few commands not in that set of learned signals. They might be worth trying:
EFC Function
038 Audio
100 Return
075 Sleep
040 Clear
230 Repeat
234 Zoom
232 Last Mem |

Wow, you guys really know your stuff. On the DVD side of the remote, I programmed the TV/VCR button to toggle between the DVD and VCR. I used the same button on the VCR side for the same function. I'm going to d/l the zip file provided for me and take it from there....
I can't express enough the appreciation I have for you guys for helping me through this so quickly. Thanks again. |

I downloaded the Grun-TV zip file, but it's a ccf file. Looks like giberish when I open it in notepad. Is this going to be any good? |

You can decode it with DecodeCCF, but in this case there's no point. My post above listed ALL of the functions that it had that your earlier set of learned signals didn't. All you need to try those is the EFC numbers I posted.
CCF files (from RemoteCentral) and DecodeCCF should be a key tool for more people here, but in this case I think I found the only relevent CCF at Remote Central and posted all the relevent data. |

I tried the uploaded zip file, but only the VCR worked. So, I went back and used Marks DVD/VCR codes, then learned the extra functions I wanted....
If you're interested I'll let you guys pull your hair out!!! |

Well, here's another interesting problem. I just went to learn some functions for my Pioneer stereo, and the rcvr/amp button is now programmed as a vcr instead. How do I get it back to rcvr without screwing up all the work you guys did? Thanks... |

Never mind, I just fixed it. Opened up IR, changed the function for the VCR to RCVR, entered the Pioneer code and uploaded....everything works fine now.... |
