Using http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5392
I extracted everything Panasonic out of the ccf and need help.
Extract is http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=2436
It includes 2 links, system and the file
I think receiver SD-S3300 falls unders devices 9 and 12, but there's one code for device 2.
There's also CD using device 160.
Do I believe those?
I don't have experience or exposure to files that John and Rob have, hence this request/sanity check

Sometimes you just can't tell. You don't know how strange the device might be. You don't know what mistakes the author of the CCF file might have made. Sometimes DecodeIr makes mistakes.

Those a pretty robust looking decodes (relative to possible learning errors or DecodeIr errors) but I didn't go to the original CCF to check.

The device number 2 decode is very implausible. You have a bunch of device 9 with sanely grouped obc numbers, then one signal that fits right in with the pretty much expect OBC number, but is device 2. I have no clue what mistake could cause that, but I'd bet it is a mistake.

The rest of the protocol and device range there is plausible.

Thanks a bunch, John, for taking time to look.

Please, don't waste time.
I'm just tossing that device 2 code. All functions in 9 and 12 are consistent with another file or two. 12 covers most of the CD functions on the remote so 160.10 is just unlikely to belong here either, though not impossible.
