I've built and released RemoteMaster v1.37

Changes for v1.37

• Add support for MaxUpgradeLength, MaxProtocolLength, and MaxCombinedUpgradeLength
• Correctly handle declaration of shifted button before declaration of base button.
• Add Dreambox protocol
• Add Lutron protocol
