Hi

I would like to know how to make a JP1 cable with my URC6800, because my JP1 connector inside the remote has only 3 holes (number 1 on the left).
Thanks for your help.

(excuse me for my english language Wink)) )

Nico

Hi Nico,
Does your remote look like this...

If so, this remote was created before UEI started using EEPROMs, so there's not much chance that you can use JP1 with it.

But hey, your remote could be different, so you could try opening it up and seeing if there's an EEPROM chip on the circuit board somewhere.

In that case, I imagine you can update it with JP1. Does it have a 6-pin connector in the battery compartment. This remote looks almost identical to the Maestro II which does have a 6-pin connector and does have JP1 support.
