Regency Ceiling Fan Remote Control

Is there any way using IR codes to transmit RF signals to Regency Ceiling Fan Remote Controls?

I don't have the RF frequencies. Is there even a way to have my URC-9910, using just the right IR code/protocol, to simultaneously transmitt the right RF signal?

no, it's not possible. At the very least it would require a complicated hardware mod to the URC-9910
