I know this has nothing to do with remotes, but thought maybe someone has some experience with this. Here is what the instructions say:

"Press and hold to activate delayed fade to off. As tap button is held, LEDs will begin to flash. The first flashing LED reproesents a 10 second fade to off. Each additional flashing LED represents 10 seconds of delay before dimmer fades to off (up to 60 seconds)."

Now, with lights at full brightness, I tap and hold and LED's flash, starting from bottom and works it's way up. Say it gets to the 3rd LED. I let go of the switch and the LED goes from fast flash to slow flash, works it's way down to the bottom LED, then slowly fades out. The next time I try to dim the lights, it's back to it's original "fast" dim setting. Am I doing something wrong or is this a "one time only" delay?

Also, I'm not clear if this adjusts time TILL the light dims or the actual time it takes to go from full bright to dim. Thanks,

Alex

Just heard back from customer support for the dimmer. It's a one time use feature. Sad
