Are there any JP1 remotes with the RF kits that can learn RF codes?
I DON'T mean x10 technology.
I'm refering to my generic RF controlled ceiling fan, and some RF controlled on/off outlet adaptors I have.

No... there's no such thing as a universal RF remote (the FCC would not take to kindly to that Wink ).

They would, if you threw enough money at it.

For limited applications there are "universal" RF remotes. My 2002 Silloutte mini-van has a learning RF remote for garage door openers. You just hold your orginal up to the remote in the header, push one button on both wait for the correct light blink sequence and then you don't need you original any more. I have used it with 2 different systems, one that does the "rolling code" thing.

Like they said, throw enough money at it... Smile In this case, it was Detroit. Want to price a Homelink out at a dealer? And, you get all of three buttons! BTW, in order to get it to "learn" the rolling codes, the designers (Johnson Controls) had to license the technology from each company.
