Please read the thread entitled "The #1 Code Search FAQ and it's answer (PLEASE READ FIRST)" and thenn provide the answer to the following questions...
1) Do you have a LEARNING JP1 remote?
2) Do you still have an original working remote for the device in question?

Sorry.
Yes, I have a JP1 enabled remote.
No, I do not have access to the original remote.

This is a satellite digital tv (SDTV) receiver; I looked in the
device code folder at yahoo.jp1 under SAT, TV, HDTV.. I did not see
any Teac devices listed.
Any chance you could put your learning remote in your pocket, slip into the store you bought it from, and use the store's DVB300 remote to learn a few codes to your remote? Using IR.exe to see what the learned codes look like (protocol, device, subdevice, OBCs, etc) would help to see what format TEAC is using, so it could perhaps be matched up to an existing device upgrade.
I did not see any similar teac ccf files at
remote central. Their list of
teac ccf files is pretty small.

Just a quick point to Steve's post: If you do go learn the store's remote, try the learned codes out before you go home (if possible)... hate to have to go back!

Thanks guys.
I took my RS 15-2116 into Good Guys and learnt all of the codes.
I'm now building a device upgrade in keymaster. when I get it tidy and working, I'll upload it to the JP1 group.
