JP1 Remotes

I don't yet own a JP1 cable, so I would like to get a built-in setup code that lets me then individually directly program advanced codes.

You are going to need a modified 6131 (IIRC, add the EEPROM and the JP1 connector) and do a JP1 upgrade. There is no built in setup code.

You could probably send the remote to UEIC and request the upgrade but call them first to make sure that they will/can do it.
