How do I create an RDMU file from my IR learned commands?

Does anyone know how to get my learned signals from IR over to RM so that I can create an RDMU file? Everytime I try to import from clipboard in RM I get an "Import error" message.... Thanks

I have a URC9910. Also, the device tab in IR only lists the TV devices from my downloaded URC9910. What am I missing here?
