Yes I have read the FAQ I have downloaded other upgrades. I have read the guides and know that I can learn the commands from the original remote and create my own upgrade using keymap master. I am actually working on creating my own now. But I thought if someone has already done it it could save me some time.

Panasonic displays (TV's, RPTV's, Plasma's, LCD panel's) use the same basic command set. The more recent HD sets with component inputs have some variations. There are many Panasonic TV device upgrades in the files and pick the one that looks the closest.
There are also many discrete commands for Panasonic TV's
here.
You can test which of those will work without a device upgrade.

In a perfect world, if someone had created one, it would exist in the Files section. That's why we encourage people who build their own upgrades to be sure and upload them to the appropriate folder. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world...
When you can't find an exact match, you should try others that are close (same manufacturer, different model, etc... many manufacturers use similar codes across product families). In the case of Panasonic, TV/0250 (built-in to almost every JP1 remote) is known to control most, if not all, of their models.
In the end, with both a JP1 learning remote and an OEM remote, the process of learning and decoding signals used to build an upgrade with the JP1 tools is very quick (assuming a common protocol). That can usually be done significantly faster than posting a request here and waiting for a reply. Not to mention the immense satisfaction one get get from creating an upgrade!
