I have an Atlas DVR remote and when I do a Macro in IR v500, it always leaves the remote in the device from the last source key used. IE: Macro: Bound key= VOL+. Macro keys= TV:Vol+. If I do a vol change from AUX, the next keypress comes from TV. Ive'd tried several macros and they all do the same thing(Switch to the last device used). Is there any way around this??

That's just the way macros work.

In this case, based on your example, I think you don't want to use macros. Use of the Volume Punch Through (VPT) feature on the remote. Set the VPT device to TV, and make sure that VPT is ON and enabled for all device modes.

If your macros are simply changing device type and then issuing a single key press, you should use a key move instead. For example:
Bound Device: AUX
Bound Key: VideoSource
Device Button: TV
Device Type: TV
Setup Code: ???? I don't know what setup code you are using.
EFC/HEX: ????
Bound Device: AUX
Bound Key: VideoSource
Device Button: TV
Device Type: TV
Setup Code: ???? I don't know what setup code you are using.
EFC/HEX: ????
