OK - im going for it - how do i start with extenders?

I have a 9910 and am ready to take the plunge.

I have read the URC-8910x1 readme, the Fichman doc on 6012/881x extender, and the Grovestine doc 'the what and why of JP1'.

Are there any other good starting docs for me or is it just for me to plunge in now!?

It sounds like you have a good start on the reading so I would suggest you re-read all the docs in the extender zip file including the special protocols.

I would also digest as much of the help files in the stickies at the top of the beginners section as you can or follow the help files link below my name.
