This remote already has an RDF included with RMIR; however it is unusable. Most buttons have no name, some of the few that do are wrong. No image/map is present, and the device modes are incorrectly named.

I have fixed the RDF into a usable state, made an image/map, and written some documentation for the remote, as most of it's features are either inadequately documented by Sky, or undocumented.

Here is the fixed RDF/image/map. It is usable enough to create device upgrades and use the remote for something other than Sky. It does not support any of the options contained in the special segments this remote has (CA and 03). I have tested this RDF with both an R00 and R01 remote.

These remotes do not have the JP1.4 connector fitted at manufacture, and must have one soldered onto the board to use them with RMIR.

Some Documentation
Non-9xx codes entered on this remote via the keypad have an offset of +28 compared to the contents of flash.
The only 9xx code observed to work is 981, which does a partial reset, leaving device upgrades intact. A full reset can be performed via "Initialize to $00" in RMIR. I recommend perfoming a 981, followed by an Initialize to $00 before programming the remote with RMIR (to reset the contents of Segment CA, and remove Segment 03 if present).
Macros can be created in RMIR, but they are only accessible in Sky mode.
The Sky device type should be used if access to all buttons is desired, even if the upgrade is for another mode.
An upgrade of the Sky type can be set to both the TV and AMP device, which will allow almost all buttons in TV mode to be used for one device.

This remote has 4 device modes:

Sky - Use Sky button to select. All buttons work.
To enter Sky code:
Press TV,
Hold Select + i for 2 seconds,
press: 0 for 0847
1 for 1175
2/5/7 for 1662 (default)
3 for 1656
4 for 2661
6 for 2663
press select.

TV - Use TV button to select. Most buttons work. Up/Down/Left/Right/Rew/FFwd/Stop performs the functions from the AMP device. TV Guide/Box Office/Services/Interactive/Sky switch mode to Sky and perform the function from the Sky device. TV stays in TV mode, but performs the function from the Sky device.
To enter TV code / magic mode (9xx codes):
Press TV,
Hold Select + Red for 2 seconds,
Enter 4 digit TV code, or 9xx code.

AMP - Available on Up/Down/Left/Right/Rew/FFwd/Stop in TV mode.
To enter AMP code:
Press TV,
Hold Select + 0 for 2 seconds,
Enter 4 digit AMP code.

Dev4 - Appears to be completely inaccessible.

Other button combinations (if held for 2 sec, double blinks; not documented above) while in TV mode. Most of these modify Segment CA; I would not suggest using any of these changes along with RMIR, as they cause odd or not well understood behavior:
S + 1 : Select AMP as Volume Source. Sets TV mode so Up/Down/Vol+/Vol- are TV Vol+/TV Vol-/Amp Up/Amp Down. (in Segment CA byte 6, does not modify Segment 00 VPT settings)
S + 2 : Select TV as Volume Source/Default. Sets TV mode so Up/Down/Vol+/Vol- are Amp Up/Amp Down/TV Vol+/TV Vol-. (in Segment CA byte 6, does not modify Segment 00 VPT settings)
S + 6 : Global Power Disable/Default, press select to confirm. (in Segment CA byte 7)
S + 7 : Global Power Enable, press select to confirm. (in Segment CA byte 7)
S + 8 : Global Power Unknown, press select to confirm. (in Segment CA byte 7)
S + 9 : Global Power Unknown, press select to confirm. (in Segment CA byte 7)
S + Help : No observed effect/unknown, press select to confirm.
S + Stop : No observed effect/unknown, press select to confirm.
S + Green : Set Sky button macro. To end hold select 2 secs. If set RMIR cannot download (creates a Segment 03).
S + Yellow : Sets byte 5 in Segment CA (Sky protocol version?). Enter number then select.
S + Blue : Sets byte 4 in Segment CA (Sky protocol version?). Enter number then select.

Thanks for this very complete post. I will check the RDF/Map/Image files into SourceForge.
