JP1 Remotes

I have a 6011 modified for jp1. When I try to use it with a dishnet Sat receiver ( setup code 0775 ) the exit key does not work. The led does not light when it is pressed ,so I assume it is not mapped.The other keys work fine. How do I make it work. Please keep it simple since I am very new at this.

Ok, first we need to find the advanced code list for your setup code, so we go to http://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/adv-codes.shtml and find Sat 775. On that list I don't see Exit, I only see Cancel. To test cancel to see if it performs the function you want you press the SET key followed by the 3 digit advanced code (in this case 080). If that performs the Exit function you desire, then you can assign advanced code 080 to the exit button by following the directions here http://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/faq.shtml#[1.13]
or by creating a keymove in IR.
