No luck again I'm afraid. Totally run out of ideas.
And once again GLBox is not a recognised manufacturer in the Logitech database. You need to get a more mainstream box
Sorry |

I followed how to create custom remote controls and use them on your slingbox manual section 5 procedures to get the on screen buttons for GLBOX HD60 device to NEVO C2 remote control.
I did that for the buttons I use and they are working ok to operate the device from NEVO remote.
I also followed the instructions to install the IR.EXE and RDF files and java runtime environment (JRE) as well.
Going to step 2 to get the codes into my PC. (windows 7) and I put the program in windows XP compatibility mode to recognize the jp1 interface and it did ok.
My problem is I can't find the JP1 remote driver dated 12 Feb. 2008. I tried anther drivers but it didn't work.
I am getting message (JP12 read failed 0.)
when I checked the interface driver status I am getting message.
{ Serial/parallel Error. problem with NT port driver. start Driver : unable to start service. This driver has been blocked from loading. Please make sure you have admin rights. Delcom USB error: unable to find Delcom device driver.}
Note: I have admin right and I set the program for that.
Can you help me and send the JP1 remote driver you mentioned in your instruction.
Thanks. |

If Alan's instructions say to use IR.exe, rather than RMIR, they are a bit out of date. While IR.exe will work perfectly for most people, the Nevo C2 remote is very new and completely different to all of the remotes that preceded it, and so, this remote only works with RMIR.
1. To use RMIR with the Nevo, download and install the RMIR package.
2. Connect the Nevo to the ez-rc.com web site and program it (this will cause the driver to be downloaded)
3. Run RMIR and download from the remote. _________________ Rob

There is a link to the File Section at the top of every page.
RMIR is in the Tools > Main folder. _________________ Rob
