Insignia 67100 dev0, dev2, dev6, and dev7 button question

Initially dev0, dev1, dev6, dev7 are assigned to device macros that don’t
have a physical device button.
Do they behave any differently than the phantom buttons if you reassign
the macros to physical buttons?
