Attractive remote with many of the latest codes (Sony blu-ray for example). No learning, no backlight, no extender, but good basic 4 device remote with non-recessed Setup button and powerful IR.

I bought one and it's a very nice JP2 remote.
I didn't notice at first, but after loading the programming into the remote and removing the cable, it appears that pin 2 is partway sunken.
It still uploads/downloads though.

That must be a manufacturing variation on your unit because I have several new 1060BC3 remotes that have uniform full-height pins.

If anyone is interested, that ebay seller of this remote also sells them at Amazon for $12.95 and orders are fulfilled by Amazon.

The price, at ebay, is $5.99 now.
Just when you think it's almost out of stock, a good sized handful is added in.

Here's another vendor at about $3:

I can't tell if it's a BC3 or not, but it really doesn't matter. The older ones are better than the BC3 anyway.
