DeviceType: VCR
SetupCode: 0081
ButtonCode: EFC

Devices4.xls seems to have mismatched data for this entry.

This entry in Devices4.xls has Device 1,2,3 which when fed into KM,
results in "Fixed Data" which does not match the "Fixed Data" listed
in Devices4.xls. In particular, to match the given "Fixed Data" in
Devices4.xls, Device 2 would need to be modified to be 205.

Unmodified entry from Devices4.xls
Protocol: RC-5
Device 1: 5
Device 2: 5 -> change to 205
Device 3: 9
ProtocolID: 00 E8
Fixed Data: 1A 5A 16

For 5, 5, 9 KM calculates the Fixed Data as
Protocol: RC-5
Device 1: 5
Device 2: 5
Device 3: 9
ProtocolID: 00 E8
Fixed Data: 1A 1A 16

This came to my attention because the VCR+ key worked when I used
the "builtin" VCR/0081 code, but when I used Devices4.xls as a
template to create my own custom VCR/1081 device, the VCR+ key
stopped working (but the rest of the keys did work)

When I changed Device 2 in KM to be 205, the "Fixed Data" matched
what was listed in Devices4.xls (1A 5A 16) and VCR+ key started working.

The (1) after the 5 in devices4 represents a "OBC > 64" flag which KM represents by adding 100 to the number. (105 is correct, but I guess 205 may also work).

Device4 isn't wrong. We just aren't perfect about keeping all the tools in sync acros changes in the way we represent the obscure features of each protocol.

Thanks for the explanation. It wasn't obvious to this newbie what the
(1) meant, so hopefully this can help someone else save some time.
