JP1 Remotes

This is supposed to be my area of expertise, but I seem to have gone brain dead on this. I need a Nec1 protocol that shoots 8 repeats.
I started with the slingbox no repeats, I can't seem to get the flags right. Everytime I introduce ld r0d, #08h I get an unknown signal.

I've dinked around with flags, trying different combinations. I've done this before, but for some reason I can't get this to work. I can't seem to find the upgrades where I've done this before.

I need this so I can have a long Power hold on the All On key for my neighbors Comcast 1067Bx3. Pressing TV Power Cbl, is just too much for her to get her head around.

Well finally got it to work, but did not do the trick. Even 8 repeats is not enough to turn the Hitachi TV on reliably with the toggle code.
