Need recommendation for a remote

Can someone please recommend a remote control...does not have to be JP1 ready (although it wouldn't hurt 
) but must have at least the following three functions:
1. Master Power / Macro
2. Volume lock
3. Very important - must have the ability to program a key to function as a
"-/--" key (unless it has one built in).
