Fust FYI, the Code Search forum is really intended for people that are looking for codes for something. In cases like this where you have already decoded all the information that you need, it would be much more useful if you were to create an upgrade instead and then post it in the file section.

As I mentioned above, there really is no need to make announcements when you're adding a new upgrade to the file section, just add the file and people will find it when they need it.
