JP1 Remotes

My Sharp Aquos HDTV doesn't support Optical Out except in TV mode. So I bought a HDMI switcher that has optical out that goes to my surround system.

What I'm looking for is a macro that does something like the following:

When you press PVR on the remote it will select the dev8 remote, then press 2 on dev8, then switch into PVR remote mode.

PVR = dev8, 2, PVR

btw, I'm using the URC-6131 / 6131nw PVR Remote 2K profile.

I have posted a sample file that does the type of thing you have asked about. You can find the file at:

Although this is not for your exact devices, the techniques should work.

In order to make the technique work, I have made use of the extender capability for my remote. There is an extender available for the URC-6131 as well (see the file section on this forum) which you should be able to use.
