hi i am trying to find the hex file for a Tedelex EC-PD 2000 or any universal code or a rdf file please i appreciate all help thanks.

Are you looking for pronto hex?
What are you going to do with it? IE do you have a philips pronto?
You used the lookup tool and found a whole bunch of teledex tv's, did you try any of these ? Obviously not, since you don't have a UEI remote as far as I can tell.

this will power on n off the device i convert the hex codes into rdf file format.i use ir shell on my psp to be my universal remote.now all i need is the hex codes of the tedelex EC-PD 2000 then i will create a rdf file. dono if this makes ant sense to you.

One small point of confusion. On this forum, the term rdf file refers to a file describing a JP1 remote control. That said, using the lookup tool, there are numerous Tedelex TVs listed with a lot of different protocols used. The most common being NECx1 14.14 and RC5 0.

Too bad. Those were the easiest to work with
We have 5 more possibilities from the lookup table, and then we are out of luck. The next 5 will be more difficult to figure out since we can't use makehex.
Have you contacted the manufacturer? Sometimes they will give you the technical assistance in a hex format that we can decipher.
Also do you have any universal remotes that have code search capabilities? You might get lucky and have your monitor react to one of those signals.

There was a nec1 dev 4 that we don't have power efc for. That one could use a makehex.So, that should leave just pids $003D, $00F3, $011E. What's the 5th one?
