When using IRScope to capture signals...

If you have learned signals that don't get decoded when you look at them in IR.exe, post your file to the Diagnosis Area then post your question here (including a link to the file).

When using IRScope to capture signals...

If you are using IR Scope and you are not getting decodes,
record all of your signals and add a meaningful note as you go.

When you have a good clean signals, use the Save All As button to create an ICT file that contains all the signals. The Save All AS option was added in 2.01. You can also select all the lines and SAVE SELECTED AS off the File Menu.

We need a summary too, since "Unknown" signals need a leadout of at least 250ms for DecodeIR to treat two consecutive "unknown" signals as separate signals.

Tip: In order to insure a large enough leadout time, increase th "Capture Duration" so that you'll have a long enough leadout ("off time") so that the various signals don't collapse when the experts view them.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.

Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.
